TERMS OF USE:
1. Indemnifications:
1.1 Indemnifications by customer. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Skin Medicus, its owners and employees, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit arising out of our Customer's use of services provided to you by Skin Medicus. Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, loss of data, claims for libel, slander, infringement of copyright, theft of misappropriation of intellectual property, or unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service mark.
1.2 Indemnification by Skin Medicus Care. Except as otherwise herein provided, Skin Medicus agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Customer harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs of suit (but excluding consequential damages) arising from Skin Medicus gross negligence in the course of providing service under this agreement.
2. Shipment of Orders:
All orders are shipped 2-3 days US Postal Service Priority Mail.
We do not ship on Holidays.
All shipping/handling is calculated by dollar amount.

2.1. Customer accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by Skin Medicus. The Customer vows they will only use the products under the guidance of a Doctor or Esthetician.
2.2. The Customer is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements. Products are not available where prohibited by law.
2.3. Skin Medicus is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, but will provide tracking and assistance in such cases. However the Customer must wait for a period of 4 weeks after the ship date indicated on the dispatch note.
2.4. If Skin Medicus has shipped the wrong products or products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging. The package and products must be returned to Skin Medicus for replacement of products a second and final time. Should a refund or part refund be required they are subject to the conditions in our cancellation policy.
2.5. Skin Medicus reserves the right to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders as it sees fit.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1. If the Customer requests a change in an order before the products are shipped then changes can be made. If the Customer wishes to cancel orders with Skin Medicus before shipment of products, She/He required giving written notice by e-mail.
4. Return Policy:
4.1 Our products are 100% guaranteed by Manufacturer. If at any time you feel unhappy with the product or develop allergic reactions, the product can be returned to us. For the product to be refunded, the customer cannot have consumed more than a quarter of the said product, or else the product will be non-refundable. The product needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase. The Customer will be refunded with the same method he/she used for payment, the total amount paid for the products minus the cost of packaging, processing fee, and shipping.
4.2 If the Customer wishes to return a product after receiving it, she/he may do so within 14 days of purchase, unopened for a full refund. All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received in and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened items or broken seals. These products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4.3 Shipping fees are refundable when items are shipped incorrectly or are damaged. Other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

This will make you a registered user. We use this information for the purposes intended for, or with your permission advise you of any promotional products.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SKIN MEDICUS GIFT CERTIFICATES
Skin Medicus Gift Certificates must be redeemed through Skin Medicus.
The recipient of a gift certificate must redeem it via email; fax (661) 940-4696 or phone (661) 726-6264 X 113. Full instructions on how to place an order will be enclosed with gift certificate.
Skin Medicus Gift Certificate codes are activated within 24 hours after they are sent to the recipient.
The total value of the Gift Certificate will be applied against the total order amount including sales tax and shipping charges.
If the amount of your Gift Certificate(s) is less than the total order amount, please use a valid credit card to pay for the remainder of the purchase.
If the amount of your Gift Certificate(s) is more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored in your Skin Medicus Account for use on your next purchase from Skin Medicus.
If a refund is requested on an item purchased with a Skin Medicus Gift Certificate, the refunded amount will be applied to the original Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Skin Medicus cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
